Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return and send the items back.
(Note: If you return items after 30 days using the return label we provide, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the refund.)

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

• Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

• The product name

• The reason for the return

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs to our warehouse in China are the responsibility of the customer.
It is essential to use a courier service with a tracking number to ensure safe receipt of the package.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items have been received.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
